Details: 
This class is geared toward team members in any of our leagues.  You must be currently in one of our leagues to be allowed to register for this class.  In Team-In-Training, we cover ways to improve scoring by rehearsing scoring situations that often result in point loss.  Also, we run more performance based drills which are used to acclimate trainees to the pressures faced during competition.

You  will also discover: 
* How to put spin on a ball to increase  control. 
* Why you should bend into a ball when passing. 
* How to  anticipate on the court. 
* How to snap a ball instead of hitting it. 
*  How to reach and extend when hitting. 
* Learn how to time a set. 
* Why  you should watch the hitter when blocking. 
* Learn how to play defense  behind a block. 
* Learn the fundamentals of  communication
