Intermediate Beach Volleyball Clinic.

Learn how to properly overhand serve, spike, pass and set the ball while you practice these techniques in this highly organized co-ed group clinic. Join us in a fun and supportive environment as you learn the proper foot-work approach for spiking! Plus, we will show you how to time your hit, gain consistency in your arm swing, control your shots, properly hand set, control the height and direction of sets, passing to target consistently, and control passing on serve receive. Also, you will learn advanced serving techniques as the jump float serve and the traditional jump top spin serve. Lastly, you will get to apply what you learned each week as you scrimmage and play every session.
